It's really important to keep up to date with what is going on in missions around the world and current thought and practice in missions.
I'm currently reading 'The Missional Leader' by A. F. Roxburgh and F.Romanuk. I hope to do a review on some of the books I have read.
It is important to be a life long learner and not get stagnant in our Christian walk.
